Well I made it back. I have a few things to share while I'm here. Firstly, I couldn't help but create some more cards based on Deconstructing Jen's sketches. And surprisingly I also stayed with the same papers as the previous card.  I really found this colour palette lovely to work with.

Thought I'd also share a project that was recently published by Kaszazz. I had lots and lots of fun creating these cards. These beautiful lady stamps reminded me of sepia vintage photos and I just found not resist colouring them in to give that look, using the alcohol ink art markers.

Here'sanother project, I have recently had published. Such a different contrast to the above cards. These lovely stamps have a more modern feel. I have coloured using Kaszazz's recently released watercolour pencils. These pencils are a complete joy to colour with. They have a really soft creamy feel. Amazing on watercolour paper. Only a small amount of colour is needed, as when blended with water, the pigment goes a long way.

Well I will be back soon with more to share. Stay creative everyone xx

Dylusions

I could not resist playing this morning, instead of cleaning my table up. The new dylusions were calling to me. Pomegranate is a gorgeous colour. And I could not resist using it on this page. I must say I did get a little excited and the dylusions ended up across the table, over the mat, my fingers and anything else that was in the way. I have some lovely pinky, red and black coloured fingers at the moment :)

DS148

Wow, time has moved extremely quickly since I last posted on here.  Sorry to all those that have been waiting patiently to see if I was still in the land of the creatively living.  Family life and other commitments are chewing away nicely at the time I would normally have to create.  The great news is I have not given up.  I am just trying to manage time to still get messy and creative.  As most of us creative people know, creativity is a great way to zone out, recharge and find oneself.  For these reasons, I know I will not be packing up the craft supplies anytime soon.

In the meantime, I have had several projects published by Kaszazz.  And even won a few creative competitions.  Much to my surprise.  I will share some of these creations shortly.

As for now, I am going to post a card.  For a few years I have been following a Sketch blog http://deconstructingjen.com

Until today, I have not really had a chance to play along.  All of the products used on the card are Kaszazz products.  The buttons are retired.  Kaszazz, have had some amazing product releases since I last posted.  If you would like to catch up on all the wonderful new products, you can check them out here http://www.kaszazz.com/KaszazzProducts/BrowseourCatalogue.aspx

Hoping it will not take me so long to pop back in to say hi.
Have fun creating
Alicia
