New Classes

Well, this week is starting to look a little busy, and so does the rest of the month as well. So, if you are thinking about booking in for a party, class, or workshop please do so quickly. Spaces are filling fast.

Monday classses at Morella Community House are still only $5. I have been lucky enough to be able to negotiate this price until the end of this term. Then, we will once again, look at the costing and the price for this class will more than likely change. This is an absolute bargin and believe me, you get way more than $5 worth out of this class. The ladies (and 1 man), are a blast. I promise you will get lots of laughs and have a fabulous time. Time for this class is 12:30pm-2:30pm

From this Tuesday I will be running a regular fortnightly class from Ingle Farm Recreation Centre. This is the first time I am running classes from this venue. I am really excited. Fantastic facilities, with lots going on all the time. I am hoping to met some amazing papercraft people. Cost for this class is $15. Time for this class is 9:30am-12:30pm.

Friday night classes. I am still running these from home every Friday night. I run Kaszazz approved workshops. Cost for these classes start from $20. In these workshops you will learn multipule techniques and get to use a wide variety of Kaszazz products. For more information on these workshops pop on over to the Kaszazz website. Here you will find a full colour brochure you can flip through. If you are interested in any of the workshops please let me know and we will find a suitable time for you to do them.

Have fun crafting, till next time

NEW PUNCHES

While I am here, I must tell you about our new punches. I am so excited. They punch beautifully and are reasonably priced. I especially love the scalloped border punch. It is a dream to use and so very simple. Best of all it punches straight through all of our paper ranges without much effort at all. Thank you Kaszazz for giving us fabulous products to sell to our customers. You make our lives so easy.

3rd Swap for 2010

I almost forgot to post these on here. Good thing I remembered. These two cards are what I made for this fortnights card swap. I could not decide which one I wished to use. So, I thought I'd share both. The theme for this swap was something from nature and it must include some SB paper somewhere. Amazingly both cards were made from left overs in my scrap file. It is amazing what you can do with a few little pieces of leftover paper.

For the next swap due in a fortnight (7th March), we have decided to try and do a scrapbook page. This could be challenge as a few of us are very short on time, so we shall see how we go. The theme for the scrapbook page is animals. All Kaszazz products must be used. If time allows you may turn it into a double page layout or make it into a page and pocket pieces (that will fit nicely into our pebbles albums). I am hanging out to see what the girls achieve. Love sharing ideas, techniques and layouts. Until next time have fun crafting!!

While you are there, check out the workshops that are on offer and do not forget to book in.

Another card

I have been trying hard to use up all my scraps. And trust me when I say, I have lots!!!!!. So, with limited supplies in front of me, and a huge pile of scraps, I came up with this design. To start of with I was not sure I was overly keen on it. The more I look at it the more I like it. What do you think? sorry about the quality of the photo. My camera is playing up

ATC card

I can honestly say I love my little ATC. Not really sure what I was going to do with it or where I was going to keep it. So, today (while the girls were here playing with craft supplies), I decided I would turn it into a card. Once again, I still love it, Would really like it if you could see the shimmer that the smooch spritz gives the card. I honestly never thought it would be so, so shiny. I decided to spray the other colours onto a piece of card just to see what it would look like. It was beautiful when finished. Unfortunately I am not going to be able to put it on here for you to see as the camera does not do it justice at all. If you like shiny things, I recommend getting your hands on some Smooch Spritz!!

2nd Swap for 2010

Ok, i know i am a little early with this photo, but I am hanging out to start my next challenge. I have used the new smooch spritz, to do the background. Love the sparkle that this product has. It is a shame that the camera, does not pick it up. Smooch siren has been used to colour in the blossoms that were stamped in coal black ancient page. Picket fence distress stickles has been used in the centre of the blosssoms. The branches have been coloured in with aquacolor crayons. The "love life" and blossom are from Kaszazz's atc set of stamps. The more I use these stamps the more I love them. Perfect for that little word.
